StreetGrid provides a platform for creating customized map posters of cities worldwide. Users can generate digital poster designs for free download or order physical prints through our print partners.

3. Map Data and Attribution

Map data is sourced from OpenStreetMap contributors and is available under the Open Database License (ODbL). By using our service, you acknowledge that the underlying map data is provided by OpenStreetMap and its contributors.

4. Permitted Use

Posters generated through StreetGrid may be used for:

• Personal, non-commercial use
• Home decoration
• Gifts for personal purposes

Commercial use, resale, or redistribution of generated posters requires prior written consent.

5. Print Orders

Physical prints are produced and shipped by third-party print partners (Printful, Prodigi, Print API). Order fulfillment, shipping, and returns are subject to the terms and policies of the respective print partner handling your order.

We strive to ensure accurate representation of colors and quality, but slight variations may occur between digital previews and physical prints due to differences in screens and printing processes.

6. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD and include the cost of printing and shipping where applicable.

Refund requests for damaged or defective prints should be directed to the print partner who fulfilled your order. We will assist in resolving any issues with your order.

7. Intellectual Property

The StreetGrid name, logo, website design, and original content are the property of StreetGrid. The underlying map data remains subject to OpenStreetMap's licensing terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

StreetGrid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of map data, continuous availability of the service, or that the service will meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreetGrid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
